We suggest that you book your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. However, we understand that unexpected travel does occur. As a result, we will make every effort to honor last-minute requests.Our dispatchers are available to assist customers 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Payments except weddings will be due in full at or by the pickup time of the reservation date. Weddings must be prepaid at least 30 days before the reservation date. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover as forms of payment. If you wish to pay by check, please ensure we receive your check at least two weeks before your reservation date. We require Credit Card holders and Credit Card to be present at the pickup address to authorize payment.

Our transfers include but aren’t limited to a one-way or round-trip service to LAX or another Airport. Additional stops, if needed, will be calculated based on the length of travel or distance. We also offer transfers in our larger vehicles if our schedule permits.

All vehicles are stocked with bottled water and mints. Sedans and SUVs also have some additional. Limousines and Limousine Coaches are set up with ice, bottled water, mints, glassware, and napkins. Normally a cooler with bottled water is set up in mini coaches, vans, and executive vans. Customers are welcome to bring their snacks, beverages, and coolers.
